Crowd Space Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is in two parts. Part 1 deals with the site www.crowdspace.net,
which is our public informational web site. Part 2 deals with my.crowdspace.net,
which is our secure group management software web application.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy
statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware
of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if
any, we disclose it.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review
it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here,
by email, or by means of a notice on our home page.

Part 1: Privacy Policy for www.crowdspace.net

Web Radius Inc. [Web Radius] is the sole owner of any information
collected on www.crowdspace.net. If you provide us with any personally identifiable
information, that information may be stored in our contact management system. This
information is only accessible to authorized Web Radius employees. This information
may be used to contact you about Crowd Space product announcements. We will not
share your information with any third party.

We may use cookies, JavaScript, and/or transparent images to analyze usage patterns
for www.crowdspace.net. This analytic information does not contain any personally
identifiable information and is used only for internal Web Radius business.

Part 2: Privacy Policy for my.crowdspace.net

If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable
information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such
as name, email address, and phone number) and financial information (such as credit
card number, expiration date, etc.).

We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have
trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

You may also receive periodic announcements and newsletters about Crowd Space
service, availability, and offerings.

Our group management software is used to store contact, demographic, and financial
information. Under no circumstances is this information ever used by Web Radius to contact
individuals, families, donors, or contacts stored in our system except at the request
of the user / customer. The Crowd Space group management web application may
provide features for customers to generate emails, produce phone lists, produce
mailing labels, and other functionality associated with contact information. These
features are provided for the user and using these features does not constitute
contact by Web Radius.

We will never share or sell information stored in the Crowd Space group management
application. Information entered in the Crowd Space group management web application
remains the property of the respective customers. We retain the right to use information
entered in our system for statistical analysis. We may publish these statistics
in aggregate form but will never release any personally identifiable information.

We reserve the right to disclose personally identifiable information as required
by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or
to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our
Web site.

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive
information (such as credit card number and/or social security number) on our registration
or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology
(SSL).

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information
submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission
over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore,
while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information,
we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
